All individuals and groups using the Techniplex are expected to follow the building policies.
- Indoor footwear is required on the field.
- Outdoor footwear is NOT allowed on the field. Any footwear that was worn outdoors must be left in the lobby or change room. This includes all players, coaches, refs and spectators.
- Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted on the field.
- All other drinks (including coffee, tea, soft drinks etc.) and food are NOT allowed on the field and must remain in the lobby.
- The renter is responsible for all people that attend during their rental.
- The renter must leave the field in the same condition it was when they arrived.
- Groups are not permitted to enter the field until the start time of their rental
- All players and equipment must be off the field by the end time of your rental.
- Groups are expected to use the assigned change rooms.
- The parking lot is one way. Vehicles must enter through the main entrance and continue through the parking lot and around the building to exit.
- Back in parking is required for safety. Please be aware that there may be children walking across the parking lot.
- Any harassment of staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.
- If there are any issues please let our staff know immediately.
- Minimum 1 hour bookings. For online bookings if there is a half an hour slot available please choose the next one hour slot instead or choose the next one hour slot AND the half an hour slot to make a 1.5 hour booking.
- If only a half an hour is booked you will be contacted and your booking will be extended to 1 hour.
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- For online bookings there is a 4% processing fee added on the invoice for credit card payments.
- No shows will be responsible for the booked time.
- Refunds cannot be provided.
*Techniplex staff reserve the right to remove individuals or groups or cancel bookings if the above policies are not followed.
